Surah al-Hujurat:

(Note: This is a two part series, part 1 will be on Saturday 3rd October and part 2 will be on Sunday 4th October, both events start at 12:00PM GMT. You only need to register once to attend both events.)

Join us on an incredible Tafsir of Surah al-Hujurat:49 and build a strong Muslim character. Understand what Allah (swt) tells us about manners and morals of a Muslim society.

Surah al-Hujurat is a Madinan Surah and consists of 18 verses of The Holy Quran. Surah al-Hujurat focuses on educating the Muslims about manners as well as etiquettes and proper conduct towards each other, it inspires equality, brotherhood and justice. It also guides us on the dangers of suspicious behaviour, backbiting, doubt and how to resolve disputes among people.

A brief outline of topics covered:

• Context (Asbāb al-Nuzūl)

• Attitude towards the Messenger Muhammad saw (Taqwa)

• Manners and Morals of Muslim society (Etiquettes and Equality)

• Issues around wrong information and Importance of verification (Media Today)

• Issues around suspicious behaviour, backbiting and doubt (The Dangers)

• How to deal with conflict between parties (Establish Justice)

The Teacher

This webinar will be delivered by Ustadh Asim Khan, who is well known for his engaging and interactive teaching style. He is a published author with a keen interest and passion for teaching Tafsir in a way that makes it easy for Muslims to relate to today. Ustadh Asim Khan has also delivered many courses with Islamic Help which have had an incredible transformative impact on attendees, inspiring many to adopt new good habits and leave bad ones.
