Water Projects Impact in Numbers

Access to clean water is one of Islamic Help’s core global priorities, delivering life-saving support through wells, hand pumps, desalination plants, tanker deliveries, and integrated WASH programmes. In just one year, more than 100,000 people gained safe drinking water through newly installed infrastructure, while nearly 240,000 individuals benefited from water, sanitation, and hygiene initiatives that protect public health and prevent disease.

From solar-powered deep wells in rural Africa to hospital desalination plants serving over 400,000 people annually, our water projects combine urgent response with long-term resilience. We work across conflict zones, refugee settings, and drought-affected communities to restore reliable supply and strengthen local systems. Every intervention focuses on measurable outcomes, accountability, and sustainable solutions that protect dignity and improve daily life.
