Moulding The Mind There are a multitude of factors which can impact our mental health and this in turn can impact the rest of our life, from our physical health, our Imaan, our attitude towards work and relationships. It's important that we try to find ways to manage our mental health. During this seminar we will look at how we can monitor and improve our mental health for an overall more positive and productive life. She has been working in the counselling field for over 35 years and specialises in marriage, mental health and youth counselling. As well as being Islamic counsellor, an NLP life coach, a CBT Therapist, marriage and parenting coach, she is also a published author of 2 books: Secrets To A Successful Marriage and Healing Hearts.
