The Year of Sorrow refers to one of the most emotional periods in the life of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). During this period, He had to face a great number of trials and tribulations, where He lost some of the people who were closest to Him and He felt abandoned and alone.
The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is considered by Muslims to be the best of creation and a perfect example for mankind to follow.
