About this Event

The Tafsir of Surah Al-Asr (Note: This is a two part series, part 1 will be on Saturday 7th November and part 2 will be on Sunday 8th November, both events start at 6:30PM GMT. You only need to register once to attend both events.)   Surah Al-Asr is one of the shortest Surah’s of the Qur’an, consisting of only 3 verses. This short Surah again highlights the incredible power and wisdom of the Qur’an, the word of Allah. In these 3 short verses Allah has delivered a powerful, everlasting guidance for man.   During this webinar we will explore and understand the meaning of Surah Al-Asr in order to apply the lessons to our lives today. This webinar is the first of a two-part series which focuses on providing guidance on patience and perseverance according to the Qur’an and Sunnah (the life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)   A brief outline of topics covered: • Explore the detailed meanings of Surah al-Asr • Learn the meaning of success in Islam • Understand the top qualities of being a steadfast person   The Teacher This webinar will be delivered by Ustadh Asim Khan, who is well known for his engaging and interactive teaching style.
