Islamic Help UnveilSwat Gynae Hospital PlansInternational charity, Islamic Help, who have a longstanding track record of work in Pakistan, have unveiled plans to build a hospital in Pakistan. The £2.5m Gynae Hospital, which will serve thousands of people in the Swat region will specialise in Maternity.
International cricketer, Shahid Afridi, who witnessed the launch of this project and also took part in the official unveiling of the plans said “Having worked with Islamic Help in the past, I am happy to support this cause. It is a project that is very dear to my heart”
The hospital will have state of the art facilities, with 100 beds and it is hoped will offer life saving treatment in the area.
