Islamic Help distributes Ramadan and Eid Food Packs in a number of countries including Sudan, Palestine, Bangladesh, India, Tanzania, Pakistan and Iraq. Every year substantial numbers of cooked meals are also provided for the Suhr and the Iftar meals to thousands for the entire month of Ramadan.

Our Ramadan Food Pack are designed to provide a household of between 5 and 7 people with all their fundamental nutritional needs during the whole month of Ramadan.  Each pack consists of flour, rice, beans, lentils, salt, cooking oil, dates, milk powder and some other local food items.
